Here is an update on the investment in Nucor Steel West Virginia. The advantages of river transportation and logistics locations have led to expansion due to the ability to supply many customers in the Midwest and Northeast. As part of community contribution activities, we are exploring partnerships for workforce development, supporting local communities and schools, continuing over 550 hours of community service activities, and offering 20 education and STEM programs focused on the local area. 【Overview of the Project】 ■ Total Investment: US$3.5 billion ■ Facilities: Cold tandem mill, galvanizing line ■ New + Additional Employment: 900 positions, operational start in late 2026 ■ Factory Production Capacity: 3 million tons per year / 84-inch sheet steel / production of thin sheets for the luxury car, home appliance, construction, and heavy machinery industries *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
